Things I want but can’t have…

Because my tan lines would be ridiculous.

Because I’m not one of the Kardashians and I just couldn’t pull them off.

Because it doesn’t double as a changing bag.

Just because…

We took a trip to Brighton recently and I was very excited when we  popped in to the COS store and there was a 50% sale on (tiny fist pump, I love a good bargain) As H&M’s high end sister brand its not too expensive to begin, there are some lovely dresses and I just love the crisp simple shirts which look great with skinnies and brogues. I’ve been in a bit of a style rut since having baba but this place just seems to have exactly what I’m looking for, fuss free pieces that are stylish and simple, I feel like I have outgrown Topshop as I can no longer get away with a cut away dress or crop top (ah those were the days…)

I picked up a few bits from the sale rack and my hubbie treated me to a full priced dress from their new collection, we only have a small concession in Selfridges Manchester and I’m desperate for a shop to open here soon.  They also have a lovely children’s range starting from 12 months, dying to buy something for baba but he’s not quite big enough yet!

Anyway here are my fave items and my bargains from our trip (yes that is a selfie taken in the mirror of a bar after a few too many French Martinis, it felt good at the time).

Wore this with my black zara heels, love them but still a bit of a squeeze for my chubby post baba feet.

Bought this little number from Whistles new collection as a potential dress for Oscars naming ceremony, I could literally buy the whole Whistles shop but this really caught my eye and I love the neck to hem zip at the back. Spanx at the ready me thinks…

Want want want…

Have become a little obsessed with anything floral and feminine and its obviously very practical in white…
